Amelia Lewis is a mixed media artist based in Northern California, working primarily in collage and painting. Her art begins with an internal emotional landscape and expands outward to explore themes of feminism, death, rebirth, and the absurd. Drawing on her deep love of libraries and historical image research, she re-contextualizes archival imagery to construct new visual narratives—creating layered works that are both personal and socially resonant.

In addition to her studio practice, Lewis is an art activist, community organizer, and designer. Her recent work includes street art and collective projects rooted in social justice. Through mixed media and public engagement, she seeks to connect the intimate with the universal—offering a space where memory, resistance, and imagination converge.
